Every Michael Blast is built to last, and we back that with a warranty that means something. Here's exactly what's covered and how to use it.
Coverage
What's covered.
Frame
3-Year WarrantyThe frame and fork are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for three years from the original date of purchase. This is our most important promise and the one we're most proud to make.
Battery
1-Year CoverageThe lithium-ion battery pack is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the original date of purchase. Normal capacity degradation over time is not covered.
Components (Shimano, brakes, motor)
1-Year CoverageDrivetrain components including the Shimano groupset, Tektro hydraulic brakes, Bafang motor, and all other mechanical and electrical components are warranted for one year from the original date of purchase.
Wear Items (tires, brake pads, cables)
Not CoveredConsumable items including tires, brake pads, cables, and grips are subject to normal wear and are not covered under warranty. These items have finite service lives and require periodic replacement.
Accident & Misuse Damage
Not CoveredDamage resulting from accidents, crashes, improper assembly, improper use, modifications, or neglect is not covered. Warranty coverage applies to manufacturing defects only.
Warranty is valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Contact Us
Reach out to our warranty team with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the defect. The more detail you provide, the faster we can process your claim.
We Review Your Claim
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. We may ask follow-up questions or request additional photographs if needed to assess the defect.
We Make It Right
Once approved, we'll send a replacement part directly to you or arrange a repair through our dealer network. We're committed to getting you back on your bike as quickly as possible.
